A restocking fee of 20% is charged on non-damaged products returned to cover the cost of receiving, repacking and re-shelving the order.
No cash refunds - credit only will be issued with Real Good Toys for the Doll Houses and everything under the dollhouse category.

Most doll houses are shipped in 1-4 days.  
The "New Concept Doll Houses" need 7-10 days for processing and shipping, especially during busy seasons because these kits are custom packed for each order.
All other items will be shipped within one - two weeks.
You will receive the product from UPS.

Merchandise sent from the manufacturer is inspected before sending.  All merchandise must leave the warehouse in perfect condition.  The package will come to you directly from the manufacturer.  
If merchandise arrives in less then "perfect" condition, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you identify the problem IMMEDIATELY - WHILE THE DELIVERY PERSON IS STILL THERE.  Any damage needs to be NOTED TO THE DRIVER.  You must insist they NOTE and make a record of boxes which are smashed, slashed, or crushed.  Even dents should be noted.
BEFORE you sign for a delivery, carefully inspect each item.  If the package appears damaged or looks like contents are missing, refuse the package.  If it appears to be "box" damage only, keep it.
