What is included in a dollhouse kit:

Dollhouse kits come with all the wood, siding, nails, and instructions.  You will need a good wood glue, the paint of your choice.  Lots of masking tape to tape in place while glue dries.  You will need to purchase electricity if you choose to put in lighting.  Furniture, wallpaper, and carpet are not included.
